Penny has been training for over 10 years and has won multiple gold medals at all belt levels. 
Penny is as passionate about teaching Jiu-Jitsu as she is about the competitive aspects of training. 
She coaches the Kids (4–7-year-old) program here at Nexus BJJ as well as the ladies only sessions. She is a friendly
and approachable member of the team.
