The BJJ Beginner Course is designed for those who haven't trained BJJ before. You will put in a group of maximum 4 beginners with one of our coaches who will take you through 8 fundamental classes. There are 4 Gi classes on Mondays 6-7pm (free Gi worth £69 included) and 4 No Gi classes on Wednesdays 6-7pm. 

 

The 8 classes are on Monday and Wednesday 6-7pm - £129
